As the Acting Managing Director at Medvec & Associates assigned to this client, I partnered with senior leadership across the global pharmaceutical organization to scale enterprise decision-making capability within their internal framework. I supported the design and rollout of multiple programs across leadership levels in both live and virtual formats, enabling the delivery of scalable training to more than 4,000 employees across global business units. The programs were very well received and enhanced organizational effectiveness by improving how leaders and teams assess risk, align stakeholders, and execute high-stakes decisions.
Additional responsibilities included:
Acted as the main point of contact for the delivery of targeted sessions for Executive Leadership Teams, General Managers, and senior functional leaders to improve strategic, portfolio, and governance decisions
Assisted in creating custom simulations, business cases, and role-based exercises tied to real organizational challenges
Coached leaders on stakeholder influence, message reframing, and post-decision execution discipline
