Partnered with senior leadership across Gilead Sciences to scale enterprise decision-making capability through the Decisions@Gilead framework. Assisted in designing and implementing the 101, 201, and 301 learning programs delivered through live, virtual, and in-person formats to more than 4,000 employees across Regulatory, Safety, Quality, Medical Affairs, Development, Research, Vendor Outsourcing, and commercial leadership teams. Strengthened organizational effectiveness by improving how leaders and team members assess risk, align stakeholders, and execute high-stakes decisions.

Designed and operationalized a tiered enterprise learning strategy aligned to leadership level, function, and decision complexity
Delivered scalable programs for 4,000+ employees across global business units and leadership populations
