Improving Diligence, Transactions, and Strategic Opportunities at Ipsen

Partnered with executive leadership at Ipsen in Paris to strengthen how critical business decisions were made across diligence efforts, transactions, and enterprise growth opportunities. Designed and led a high-impact international engagement that brought together over 70 senior stakeholders spanning multiple departments: Research & Development, External Innovation, Global Partnering, Mergers & Acquisitions, Legal, Finance, Technical Operations, Business Ethics, Communications, Global Product & Portfolio Strategy, and Division leadership.

Highlights of the engagement included:

• Designed the overall operating structure for a complex, cross-functional international leadership engagement
