Strategic Leadership in High-Impact International Engagement

As the Managing Director at Medvec & Associates assigned to this initiative, I led a major business engagement across Australia, directing a high-profile, three-week series of 13 full-day events that engaged more than 1,400 participants from leading Australian enterprises. The sessions brought together employees and customers from around the world for intensive Negotiations and Decision-Making workshops. The five-person U.S.-based Medvec & Associates team played a crucial role in the meticulous preparation and seamless execution of the trip. As the leader of this initiative, I was responsible for end-to-end planning and execution, ensuring a seamless experience across all events. The engagement resulted in exceptional client satisfaction, strengthened our reputation for delivering at scale, and created a strong pipeline of future business opportunities and ongoing partnerships.

 

Additional responsibilities included:

  • Created customized slide decks for client sessions, including client reviews and refining engagement materials

  • Collaborating with a graphic designer to maintain a cohesive visual identity

  • Pre- and post-engagement management, which included overseeing all interactions and logistics

  • Sales follow-ups and outreach with post-event client communications

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and handling all trip-related details

  • On-site seamless delivery of training initiatives
